Check that your computer supports two displays
Identify the available video ports on your computer and monitors
Get the correct cables or adapters for each monitor
Connect each monitor to a separate video port on the computer
Power on both monitors
Turn on the computer
Open display settings on your operating system
Detect the second monitor if it does not appear automatically
Choose the display mode you want: extend, duplicate, or use one screen only
Arrange the monitor positions to match their physical layout
Set the primary display if needed
Adjust resolution and refresh rate for each monitor
Apply the settings
Test mouse movement and window placement across both screens
