Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad
Tap your name at the top
Tap Family Sharing
Tap Set Up Your Family or Add Member
Follow the prompts to invite family members
Tap iCloud+
Turn on Share with Family
Confirm the iCloud+ plan you want to share
Make sure Family Sharing members accept the invitation
On Mac, open System Settings
Click your name
Click Family
Click iCloud+
Turn on Share with Family
On a Windows PC, use iCloud for Windows and sign in with the same Apple ID
Check that family members are using Apple IDs in the same Family Sharing group
Verify the organizer has an eligible iCloud+ plan
Confirm each family member has enough available device storage for syncing
Remove and re-add family members if sharing does not appear
Check Apple ID region and family sharing eligibility if the option is missing
