Create an account using your email or phone number
Verify your identity and add your profile details if prompted
Add a payment method (bank account, debit card, or supported options)
Set your privacy and payment settings (e.g., who can see your transactions, default payment method)
Find a person or business to pay
Tap Pay or the Send button
Enter the recipient’s username, phone number, or email (or select from your contacts)
Enter the amount
Add a note or memo (optional)
Choose the payment method
Confirm the payment
Review the transaction status in the app under Activity or Transactions
Request money by selecting Request and entering the recipient and amount
Add a Venmo balance by linking a bank account and following prompts if available
Adjust settings in Profile/Settings (payment methods, privacy, security)
Enable security options (PIN/biometrics) if available in your device settings
