Open Discord
Click the User Settings gear icon
Go to Activity Privacy
Turn on Display current activity as a status message
Open your game
Make sure the game is detected by Discord
If needed, go to Registered Games
Add the game manually
Enable the game activity status for that game
Check your profile to confirm it appears as your current activity
