Press Windows key + I
Click Accessibility
Click Keyboard
Turn off Filter keys
If needed, press and hold the right Shift key for 8 seconds, then turn off the prompt
Open Control Panel
Click Ease of Access
Click Change how your keyboard works
Uncheck Turn on Filter Keys
Click Apply
Click OK
