Open the document in Files, Mail, Notes, or another app that supports markup
Tap the Share button or the Markup icon
Select Markup
Tap the plus button
Tap Signature
Create a new signature or choose a saved one
Drag the signature to the desired location
Resize the signature if needed
Tap Done to save
Send or save the signed document
