Connect your iPhone to your computer with a USB cable

Use AirDrop on Mac
Turn on Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on both devices
Select photos on your iPhone
Tap Share
Tap AirDrop
Choose your Mac
Use the Files app or cloud storage
Upload photos from your iPhone to Google Drive, OneDrive, or Dropbox
Open the same account on your computer
Download the photos to your computer
