Open Gmail
Click your profile picture in the top right
Click Sign out
If you are signed in to multiple accounts, click Sign out of all accounts
On mobile, open the Gmail app
Tap your profile picture
Tap Manage accounts on this device
Select the account
Tap Remove from this device
