Open the PDF in a PDF editor or digital signature tool

Choose the certificate or digital ID you want to use
Place the signature field where you want it in the PDF
Enter any required password for the certificate
Review the document before signing
Click Sign or Apply to complete the digital signature
Save the signed PDF as a new file
Verify the signature status after saving
