Press Shift + Command + 4
Drag to select the area you want to capture
Release the mouse or trackpad to take the screenshot
Press Shift + Command + 3 to capture the entire screen
Press Shift + Command + 5 to open screenshot options
Use Shift + Command + 4, then press Spacebar to capture a window
Hold Control while taking a screenshot to copy it to the clipboard instead of saving it
Find saved screenshots on the desktop by default
