Listen for faint clicking, buzzing, or motor sounds
Move around the room and watch for lens reflections from different angles
Cover suspicious devices temporarily and see if anything changes
Compare similar items in the room for differences in size, shape, or placement
If you find a suspicious device, do not tamper with it; contact property management or authorities
