Press Win + E to open File Explorer
Click the three dots menu
Select Options
Open the General tab
Under Browse folders, select Open each folder in the same window
Click Apply
Click OK
Check AutoPlay settings
Open Settings
Go to Bluetooth & devices
Select AutoPlay
Turn off Use AutoPlay for all media and devices
In File Explorer, right-click the drive
Select Properties
Open the AutoPlay tab if available
Set the action to Take no action
Click Apply
Click OK
Disconnect and reconnect the drive
Restart the computer if the drive still opens automatically
