Open Settings
Tap Phone
Tap Call Forwarding
Turn off Call Forwarding
If you do not see Call Forwarding, check with your carrier
If call divert was set using a carrier code, dial the deactivation code from your carrier
Restart your iPhone if the setting does not update
Contact your carrier if call divert remains active
