Open the Phone app
Dial `##004#`
Press Call
Wait for the confirmation message
If that does not work, dial `##002#`
Press Call
Check Call Forwarding settings in your phone’s Phone app
Go to Settings
Tap Call settings
Tap Call forwarding
Turn off all forwarding options
Contact your mobile carrier if forwarding is still active
