Wash feet daily with soap and water
Dry feet thoroughly, especially between the toes
Change socks every day, or more often if sweaty
Wear moisture-wicking socks
Rotate shoes and let them fully air out
Choose breathable shoes
Use foot powder or antifungal powder
Use antiperspirant on feet
Wear clean, dry socks and shoes
Avoid wearing the same shoes two days in a row
Remove shoes and socks when possible to let feet breathe
Trim toenails and keep feet clean
Treat athlete’s foot or other fungal infections promptly
Soak feet in vinegar or Epsom salt occasionally
Replace old insoles or shoes that hold odor
Use odor-fighting shoe inserts
Keep feet dry during the day
