Open Task Manager
Go to the Startup tab
Select the program you want to stop
Click Disable
Repeat for other startup programs
Open Settings
Go to Apps
Select Startup
Turn off the apps you do not want to launch at startup
Open the app’s own settings if needed
Disable the option to run at startup
Restart the computer to confirm the changes
