Gather paper, scissors, glue stick or removable adhesive, and a ruler
Cut the paper into small equal-sized squares or rectangles
Apply a thin strip of removable adhesive along one edge of each sheet
Stack the sheets with the adhesive edges aligned
Press the stack firmly to bond the sheets lightly at the top edge
Let the adhesive dry if needed
Separate the sheets one by one for use
Write notes on the top sheet and peel it off when needed
