Trim the stems
Remove damaged leaves
Rinse the cilantro
Dry it thoroughly
Wrap the cilantro loosely in a paper towel
Place it in a plastic bag or airtight container
Store it in the crisper drawer
Keep it away from excess moisture
Replace the paper towel if it becomes damp
Use within 1 to 2 weeks
