Trim the stems slightly
Remove any yellow or wilted leaves
Rinse the cilantro gently
Pat it completely dry
Place the stems in a jar or glass with a little water
Cover the leaves loosely with a plastic bag
Store it in the refrigerator
Change the water every few days
Alternatively, wrap the cilantro in a damp paper towel
Place it in a sealed bag or container
Store it in the refrigerator
Use it within 1 to 2 weeks
