Remove damaged or wilted leaves
Do not wash until ready to use
Pat dry if leaves are damp
Wrap in paper towels
Place in a breathable bag or container
Store in the refrigerator crisper drawer
Keep away from ethylene-producing fruits
Use within 3 to 7 days
For longer storage, blanch and freeze
Drain and dry well before freezing
