Stand tall and slowly reach both arms overhead

Sit in a chair and twist your torso gently to one side
Stand and place your hands on your lower back, then lean back slightly
Use a doorway or wall to stretch your chest and upper back
Hold each stretch slowly and avoid bouncing
Stop if you feel pain or discomfort
