How To Stretch Your Back?

Stand tall and slowly reach both arms overhead

Clasp your hands and gently lean side to side

Sit on the floor with legs extended and reach toward your toes

Lie on your back and pull one knee toward your chest

Pull both knees toward your chest while lying down

Do a gentle spinal twist while lying on your back

Get on hands and knees and arch your back upward

Get on hands and knees and let your back sink downward

Sit in a chair and twist your torso gently to one side

Stand and place your hands on your lower back, then lean back slightly

Use a doorway or wall to stretch your chest and upper back

Hold each stretch slowly and avoid bouncing

Stop if you feel pain or discomfort
