Open Discord on your mobile device
Tap your profile picture in the bottom-right corner
Tap the gear icon to open User Settings
Scroll down and tap Log Out
Confirm logging out
On the login screen, enter the other account’s email or phone number and password
Tap Log In
If you use multiple accounts, repeat the logout and login steps to switch between them
