Open Outlook
Select the Help menu
Choose Revert to Legacy Outlook or Switch to Classic Outlook
Confirm the switch if prompted
Wait for Outlook to restart
If you do not see the option, check for the New Outlook toggle in the top-right corner and turn it off
If the toggle is missing, update Outlook or contact your IT administrator
