Open Facebook and go to the post, photo, comment, or story where you want to tag someone
Type @ followed by the person’s name
Select the correct person from the list that appears
Finish your post, comment, or story and publish it
To tag someone in a photo, open the photo and tap Tag Photo or Tag People
Tap the person in the photo and enter their name
Select the correct profile from the suggestions
Save or post the tagged photo
To tag someone in a comment, type @ followed by their name in the comment box
Select the correct profile from the suggestions before posting the comment
