Press PrtScn to copy the full screen to the clipboard
Press Alt + PrtScn to copy the active window to the clipboard
Press Windows + PrtScn to save the full screen as a file
Press Windows + Shift + S to open the snipping tool and select an area
On Mac, press Command + Shift + 3 to capture the full screen
On Mac, press Command + Shift + 4 to capture a selected area
On Mac, press Command + Shift + 5 to open screenshot options
Paste the copied screenshot into Paint, Word, or another app with Ctrl + V or Command + V
Find saved screenshots in the Screenshots folder or Pictures folder
