Press Windows + PrtScn to save the full screen as a file
Press Windows + Shift + S to open the snipping tool and select part of the screen
On Mac, press Command + Shift + 3 to capture the full screen
On Mac, press Command + Shift + 4 to capture a selected area
On Mac, press Command + Shift + 5 to open screenshot options
Paste the clipboard screenshot into Paint, Word, or another app with Ctrl + V
Check the Screenshots folder or Pictures folder for saved images
Use the laptop’s built-in screenshot tool if available
