How to Take Gond Katira with Milk?

Soak 1–2 teaspoons of gond katira in water overnight or for 6–8 hours

It will swell and turn into a jelly-like texture

Drain any extra water before using

Add 1 tablespoon of the soaked gond katira to a glass of cold or lukewarm milk

Stir well until evenly mixed

Add sugar, honey, or jaggery if needed

Drink it once daily, preferably in the morning or at night

Use only the soaked form, not the dry crystals directly

Do not take too much at once

Avoid hot milk if you want to keep the texture intact
