Press the Home button on the Samsung TV remote
Go to Settings
Select General
Select Accessibility
Select Caption Settings
Turn Off Closed Captions or Subtitles
If needed, go to the TV app or streaming app and turn off captions there too
If captions still appear, check the source device settings and disable captions there
