Open the Settings app on your iPhone
Tap your name (Apple ID) at the top
Tap Find My
Tap Find My iPhone
Toggle Find My iPhone to Off
Enter your Apple ID password if prompted
Turn off Find My network and Send Last Location if shown
If you no longer have the device: go to iCloud.com/find on a computer
Sign in with your Apple ID
Select the device
Click Remove from Account
Confirm removal
