Open the device’s Settings or Family/Parental Controls app
Sign in with the parent or guardian account
Find the Parental Controls, Family Link, Screen Time, or Restrictions section
Turn off the restrictions or remove the child account from the family group
Enter the required passcode, password, or PIN
Restart the device if prompted
If you do not have the parent password or account access, contact the parent or guardian
If the device is managed by a school or organization, contact the administrator
If you forgot the passcode, use the official account recovery or reset process for the device or service
