Restart your phone
Press and hold the Power button
Tap Restart or Reboot
If Safe Mode stays on, turn the phone off
Remove the battery if your phone has one
Wait 30 seconds
Turn the phone back on
Check for stuck volume buttons
Make sure no buttons are pressed during startup
Uninstall recently added apps
Clear any problematic app data if needed
Update your Android software
If the issue continues, perform a factory reset after backing up your data
