Press the PrtScn (Print Screen) key to capture the full screen to the clipboard
Press Alt + PrtScn to capture the active window to the clipboard
Press Windows + PrtScn to save a screenshot to Pictures > Screenshots
Press Windows + Shift + S to open the Snipping Tool and select a capture area
After using Windows + Shift + S, choose a capture type (Rectangular, Freeform, Window, Fullscreen) and select the area
In the Snipping Tool, use New to start a new screenshot and Save to store it
Open Snipping Tool from the Start menu to take screenshots and annotate/save them
