Press PrtScn to copy the full screen to the clipboard
Press Alt + PrtScn to copy the active window to the clipboard
Press Windows + PrtScn to save a full-screen screenshot automatically
Press Windows + Shift + S to open Snipping Tool and select part of the screen
Open Paint or another image app and paste with Ctrl + V if the screenshot is copied to the clipboard
On Mac, press Command + Shift + 3 to capture the full screen
On Mac, press Command + Shift + 4 to capture a selected area
On Mac, press Command + Shift + 5 to open screenshot options
Use the Snipping Tool or Snip & Sketch app on Windows
Check your laptop keyboard for a Fn key if PrtScn needs to be used with Fn + PrtScn
