Open Settings
Tap Advanced features
Tap Motions and gestures
Turn on Palm swipe to capture
Use the S Pen Air Command and tap Screen write if your tablet supports S Pen
Use the Edge panel or Quick panel screenshot option if available
Find the screenshot in the Gallery app or Photos app
Find the screenshot in the Screenshots folder in My Files
