Use Zepbound exactly as prescribed by your healthcare provider
Inject it once weekly on the same day each week
Inject it under the skin only
Common injection sites are the abdomen, thigh, or upper arm
Rotate injection sites each week
Do not inject into skin that is tender, bruised, red, hard, or scarred
Remove the pen from the refrigerator and let it reach room temperature if directed by the product instructions
Check the medication before use
Do not use it if the solution is cloudy, discolored, or contains particles
Wash your hands before handling the pen
Clean the injection site with an alcohol swab and let it dry
Follow the pen instructions for preparing and injecting the dose
Hold the pen firmly against the skin as directed
Press and hold until the injection is complete
Keep the pen in place for the full recommended time
Dispose of the used pen in a sharps container
Do not reuse or share the pen
If you miss a dose, follow your prescriber’s instructions or the medication guide for timing
