Hold seeds in your hand
Approach the parrot slowly
Right-click or tap the parrot with the seeds
Keep feeding seeds until hearts appear
The parrot is now tamed
Use a lead or have it follow you to move it
Right-click or tap the tamed parrot to make it sit or stand
