Clean and dry the skin
Bend the knee slightly
Cut two strips of KT Tape to the needed length
Round the corners of each strip
Peel the backing from the first strip
Anchor one end below the kneecap without stretch
Apply the middle of the strip around the knee with light stretch
Finish the other end above the kneecap without stretch
Rub the tape to activate the adhesive
Repeat with the second strip if needed for support
Check that the tape is snug but not restrictive
Remove and reapply if pain, numbness, or skin irritation occurs
