Male kittens usually have two openings spaced farther apart
Female kittens usually have two openings close together
Male genital opening is more round
Female genital opening is more slit-like
Male kittens may have a small scrotal area between the openings
Adult males often have visible testicles
Check for a wider gap between anus and genital opening in males
Check for a shorter gap between anus and genital opening in females
