How to Tie a Fish Knot?

Thread the line through the hook eye

Wrap the tag end around the standing line 5 to 7 times

Pass the tag end back through the small loop near the hook eye

Pass the tag end through the larger loop if using a clinch knot

Moisten the knot

Pull the tag end and standing line tight

Trim the excess tag end close to the knot
