Drape the tie around your neck

Keep the wide end longer than the narrow end
Cross the wide end over the narrow end
Bring the wide end under the narrow end
Wrap the wide end across the front
Pull the wide end up through the neck loop
Bring the wide end down through the front knot
Hold the narrow end
Slide the knot upward
Tighten and center the knot
