Start with the wide end on your right, hanging much longer than the narrow end
Cross the wide end over the narrow end
Bring the wide end up and through the neck loop
Pass the wide end down to the left
Bring the wide end behind the narrow end and up to the right
Pass the wide end down through the neck loop again
Bring the wide end across the front to the left
Tuck the wide end up through the front loop created near the knot
Pull the wide end through and shape the three visible sections evenly
Tighten the knot gently by holding the narrow end and sliding the knot upward
Adjust the loops until the Trinity Knot looks symmetrical
