Inflate the balloons to the desired size
Hold two balloon necks together
Stretch both necks slightly
Twist the necks around each other once or twice
Pull the necks through the loop formed by the twist
Tighten the knot by pulling gently on both balloon ends
Repeat with additional balloons as needed
Use balloon tape or string if you want to group many balloons together
