Tap Full Schedule & Options
Turn on Sleep Schedule
Set your bedtime and wake-up time
Put on your Apple Watch before sleep
Make sure Sleep Tracking is enabled on the watch
Charge your Apple Watch enough for overnight use
Wear the watch snugly on your wrist
Sleep with the watch on
Check your sleep data in the Health app
Check your sleep data in the Sleep app on Apple Watch
Update watchOS and iOS if sleep tracking is not working
Restart your Apple Watch and iPhone if needed
Ensure Wrist Detection is turned on
Enable Sleep Focus if prompted
Allow permissions for Health and Sleep data
Keep the watch unlocked and paired with your iPhone
