Sign in to the Gmail account that has the contacts
Open Google Contacts
Select the contacts you want to transfer
Click the three-dot menu
Choose Export
Select Google CSV or vCard format
Download the exported file
Sign in to the destination Gmail account
Open Google Contacts
Click Import
Upload the exported file
Confirm the import
Check the imported contacts in the new account
