How to Transfer PDF to Excel?

Open Excel

Go to the Data tab

Select Get Data

Choose From File

Select From PDF

Browse and open the PDF file

Review the detected tables in the Navigator

Select the table or page you want

Click Load or Transform Data

Edit the data in Power Query if needed

Click Close & Load to import into Excel

Save the Excel file

If the PDF is scanned, use OCR software first

If needed, use a PDF-to-Excel converter tool

Copy and paste the data manually if the PDF is not table-based
