Connect your iPhone to your computer with a USB cable
Unlock your iPhone and tap Trust This Computer if prompted
Open Photos on Mac or File Explorer on Windows
On Mac, select your iPhone in Photos and import the photos
On Windows, open This PC, select your iPhone, then open the DCIM folder
Copy the photos from the DCIM folder to your computer
Use iCloud Photos on your iPhone and computer to sync photos automatically
On Mac, use AirDrop to send photos from iPhone to Mac
On Windows, use iCloud for Windows to download photos from iCloud
Use the Files app or email to transfer selected photos if needed
