Connect the iPhone to the PC with a USB cable

Open the Photos app on the PC
Select Import
Choose From a USB device
Select the videos to import
Click Import Selected
Use iCloud Photos
Turn on iCloud Photos on the iPhone
Install iCloud for Windows on the PC
Sign in with the same Apple ID
Download the videos from iCloud Photos
Use AirDrop alternatives or cloud storage
Upload the videos to Google Drive, OneDrive, or Dropbox on the iPhone
Download the videos on the PC
Use Windows Phone Link or third-party transfer apps
Follow the app instructions to transfer the videos to the PC
