Check that the Android phone supports WhatsApp transfer from iPhone
Update WhatsApp on both iPhone and Android to the latest version
Use the same phone number on both devices
Factory reset the Android phone if required for the transfer process
Turn on the Android phone and connect it to Wi-Fi
Connect the iPhone and Android phone with a USB-C to Lightning cable if prompted
Follow the Android setup prompts until you see the option to copy data from iPhone
On the iPhone, trust the connected Android device when prompted
Open WhatsApp on the iPhone and go to Settings
Tap Chats
Tap Move Chats to Android if available
Scan the QR code shown on the Android phone if prompted
Start the transfer and keep both phones unlocked
Wait until the transfer is complete
Finish setting up the Android phone
Install WhatsApp on the Android phone if it is not already installed
Open WhatsApp on Android and verify the same phone number
Restore the transferred chat history when prompted
Check that chats, media, and settings have transferred successfully
