Select the cells you want to transpose
Copy the selected range
Click the destination cell
Right-click and choose Paste Special
Check Transpose
Click OK
Use the TRANSPOSE function if you want a dynamic result
Enter =TRANSPOSE(range) in the destination area
Press Enter in Excel 365 or Ctrl+Shift+Enter in older versions
Use Power Query if you need to transpose larger data sets
Use Paste Special values if you want only the transposed results without formulas
