Open Control Center
Tap the flashlight icon
Ask Siri to turn off the flashlight
Press and hold the flashlight icon on the Lock Screen, then release
Use the Action Button if your iPhone has one and it is set to flashlight
Turn off the flashlight from the Lock Screen flashlight shortcut by tapping it again
